Terms and Conditions for Second-Hand Furniture Sale

1. Condition of Items

All furniture sold is second-hand and may show signs of wear, use, or minor defects consistent with age and prior ownership and use. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items thoroughly on the day of pickup before leaving our premises. 

All items are sold as seen and as described, with no guarantees or warranties — express or implied — regarding condition, durability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

2. Inspection and Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have:

• Inspected the item(s) to their satisfaction; or
• Had the opportunity to do so and chosen to proceed with the purchase regardless.

Once payment is made and the item leaves the seller’s possession, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer.

3. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Minor defects or wear not affecting functionality
• Buyer’s expectations differing from description or photos

4. Payment

Full payment must be received before collection or delivery. Accepted payment methods will be agreed upon before sale.

Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale and the item being re-listed.

5. Collection and Delivery

• Buyers are responsible for collecting purchased items within the agreed timeframe unless delivery arrangements have been made.
• Any delivery service provided by the seller is done so at the buyer’s risk, and additional fees may apply.
• The seller is not liable for loss or damage to items after they have left the seller’s premises.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller accepts no liability for:

• Any damage, injury, or loss resulting from use or misuse of sold items
• Any indirect or consequential loss related to the sale

7. Agreement

By purchasing any item, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
